Bespoke 121 Session

A personal 121 Hatha yoga session, focusing often on gentle theraputic poses to harmonise the energy system that functions through the Chakras. This is a time for you to receive whatever it is you require at this point to help you navigate your life. A session is usually 1 ½ hours and during this time we will work together with various yoga practices and yoga Nidra.

These sessions are personally crafted to your needs and requirements and appointments are available for evenings and weekends and can be held in my private space or in your own home.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down although it doesn't have to be so, and is best as a guided experience. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

Mindfulness & Meditation

This is a type of mind-body medicine and it has been practiced for thousands of years. During meditation, you develop intentional focus — minimizing random thoughts about the past or future.

Many forms of meditation exist, but most have in common a quiet setting, a comfortable position, focused attention and an open attitude.

Meditation may offer many benefits, such as helping with concentration, relaxation, inner peace, stress reduction and fatigue.
