Mindfull Movement & Breathing
For Wellbeing Yoga +

16 weeks of 1.5hr classes exploring how yoga and other effective practices, may be used for easy, everyday healthcare to compliment our wellbeing as a gentle self-care practice.

Mindful movement and breathing - the cornerstone of yogic practice, is used to safely explore a range of common ailments including - anxiety; lower back pain; asthma / long covid; blood pressure issues and others. Week by week learning from the ancient wisdom of yoga and other indiginous teachings in 1.5hr sessions that will include some verbal teachings, movements and postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and other techniques such as drumming and Reiki.

Classes suitable for everyone and all abilities, beginners welcome.
Mats, blocks and blankets available to borrow, however do bring your own.

£15 / class drop-in or
£10 / class if whole month paid in advance on 1st of the month.
