All healing energy can be sent over any distance, it can also be sent into any time past or future, so can be helpful when preparing for a specific event yet to pass.

Healing can be sent and felt by the recipient either as a live zoom call or as a specific bundle of goodness sent whilst you sleep so you feel super refeshed the next day.
