Surya Namaskar -
Sun Salutation
This is a 12 week course designed for beginners to learn to get to grips with the Sun Salutation - Surya Namakar. Slowly building up strength and flexibility to eventually feel mindful and confident taking this well known sequence of postures.
The Sun Salutation is found in all yoga traditions in different forms, the style I will teach in this course is the Satyananda form as taught by the Bihar School of Yoga.
The classes are 1 & 1/2 hrs long and will include Asana (postures) Prananyama (Breath work) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Investment - £15 per class drop in starting 2nd February 2023.

The Chakras
This course will focus on the Chakras and each week we will be working on the different energy centres using Asana (postures) Pranayama (breathing techniques) Mudras (specific hand or body connections) and Yoga Nidra (Yogic "sleep" a deep relaxed state).
£15 for 1 and a half hour class, relaxed, informal and friendly space to learn together.
