A special 1 day retreat for women only, whether you have a physical womb or a womb space you are welcomed to a day crafted to bring you a deeper connection to your Grandmother sitting in your womb.Using a gentle yoga practice, yoga nidra, a drum journey, meditation, journalling, singing and drumming and the opportunity to create a yoni flag, you will spend a wonderful day creating a deeper connection to your divine womb energy.
1 Day Shamanic Yoga Retreat

A time of deepening connection to ourselves, the Earth and all her inhabitants using a combination of Yoga, Reiki, Shamanic techniques and visualisation, masssage yoga Nidra and meditation.
This is an extra date for everyone who couldn't book onto the 21st March event.
Joyful prayerful singing and drumming to honour all our relations and the bounty of Mother Earth in all her seasonal outfits.
This session will be an honouring of the Spring Equinox and will last approx 1 and a half hours and will include a drum journey and sharing of experiences if you want to.
Open to all. There will be some drums to borrow but do bring whatever drums and rattles you have and any songs you would like to share as there will be time for you to bring your medicine to the circle if you wish.

Will be held at Coldrum Long Barrow as long as the weather holds out! The weather has been kind to us so far so I will risk it again next month (Nov) outside.
December Drum Circle - I am looking to hire space at Trosley Country Park however the minimum I can hire for is 3hrs, this gives us plenty of time to make a rattle, have a great drum up and celebrate the Winter Solstice in style
The cost will have to be £20 to cover materials and space hire - all you need is a stick Please book with me directly Lx

A session will always include honouring of the Grandmothers of the Directions, prayers of love where it's needed most, and a journey / meditation / Yoga Nidra.
Open to everyone including children - please note no spare drums but do bring any instrument of sound (- rattles, flutes, guitar) and any songs you would like to share as there will be time for you to bring your medicine to the circle if you wish.
As it's a public and sacred space I would suggest for you to honour the place accordingly in your own way - there is a tree where clooties (prayers) can be hung if you wish and I will bring a fire pit (off the ground).
Suggested financial investment £5-£10 as per your situation. No-one will be turned away and a percentage of the total will go to Protect Putiki NZ campaign.
Join us by the river Medway in a rural location to drum and sing to the Sacred Waters and all those who protect them from harm.
Full meeting details will become available closer to the time. Bring your drum, something to sit on if you want, maybe some snacks to share. Drums will be available to borrow, you might also like to bring something for the altar.
Please note this is an outdoor location in April so please do dress for changeable british weather. Hoping to secure parking and w.c. facillities, will confirm details shortly.
This event is free, however some donation may be asked for parking.

A special day of shamanic drumming for healing for all our relations.
A shamanic drum circle held in the morning 11am-1pm by Laura Hayward to include various healing techniques to offer our heartfelt prayers for Grandmother Earth, her sacred Waters, each other and any who may need "something".
Followed by a vegan gf lunch 1pm-2pm,
then my special guest will hold sacred space in his divinely guided way - mostly by the Dryads of the Trees
2-4pm Dusty Miller Hereditary Tree Shaman who will be showing us how to connect with the Dryads using Livewood. Experiential workshop and Livewood will be for sale after the event.
£55 for the day including lunch
Women Drummers, Makers and Players - First Annual Convention
I will have a stall at this the FIRST ANNUAL Convention for the Association of Women Drummers, Makers and Players!
This convention is open to all women who drum, want to drum, are interested in drumming, have been drumming for eons and more. .
